General Terms
Leapin Hong Kong (referred to as "Leapin" or "We" in this Privacy Policy) is committed to fully
complying with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Chapter 486 of the Laws
of Hong Kong. In doing so, Leapin will ensure that its officers and staff adhere to the strictest standards
of security and confidentiality for all personal data and information submitted by users through the
website (the Site). Leapin will not disclose such information to any person without the prior consent
of the relevant user of this Site. We strongly encourage you to read this Privacy policy carefully to
understand Leapin's practices regarding the handling of personal data and information you provide
through this Site.
This Privacy Policy applies to both registered and unregistered users, and the terms of this policy may
be updated, revised, changed and/or amended from time to time as Leapin deems necessary and/or
appropriate. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, process, store and disclose your personal data
and what rights you have in relation to the process of your personal data. Our references to "you" and
"your" in this Privacy Policy represent the person whose data we use as a data controller.
By using this Site, you consent to the collection, process and disclosure of your personal data by
Leapin and/or its affiliates and/or selected persons for the purposes set out below.
Definition
Data: means any statement (including expression of opinion) of information in any document,
personal identifiers included;
Personal data: means any data that meets the following description:
a. Directly or indirectly related to a living individual;
b. It is practicable to identify, directly or indirectly, the individual concerned from the information;
and
c. The data exists in such a form that access to and processing of it is practicable;
Personal identifier means:
a. assigned by the data user to an individual for the purpose of his operation; and
b. In the case of the data user, an identifier that identifies the individual without confusion, other
than the name of the person used to identify the individual;
Data subject: in relation to personal data, means an individual who is the subject of that data;

Data user: in the context of personal data, means a person who, alone or in association with or in
common with another person, controls the collection, holding, processing or use of that data;
Processing: which, in relation to personal data, includes revising, augmenting, deleting or
rearranging the data (whether by automated or otherwise);
Correction: in the case of personal data, means correction, deletion or filling;
Disclosing: in the case of personal data, including disclosure of information inferred from the data.
Purposes for which personal data are collected and used
In the course of using the Site, Users may disclose or be asked to provide personal information and/or
data. In order to have the benefit of and enjoy various services offered by the Site, it may be necessary
for Users to provide Leapin with their personal information and/or data. Although Users are not
obliged to provide the information and/or data as requested on the Site, Leapin will not be able to
render certain services on the Site in the event that Users fail to do so.
Leapin collects and uses personal data for the following purposes, including but not limited to:
for the daily operation of the services provided to Users;
to assist Employers to integrate positions and talent resources, and reach a job agent transaction;
to contact you with your consent or at your request, to send you information that may be of
interest to you, to invite you to participate in events and market surveys, or to send you marketing
communications;
to share with partners to ensure the completion of the services provided to you. However, we will
only share your personal information for legal, legitimate, necessary, specific and clear purposes,
and will only share personal information necessary to provide services;
to handle and follow up your enquiries, requests and complaints;
to obtain statistics about Users to analyze usage of the Site in order to help its further
development for internal use;
to ensure the security of our service systems, prevent unauthorized access or cyber attacks,
improve our loss prevention and anti-fraud procedures;
to facilitate Leapin and/or Affiliates to use the Userspersonal data for the purposes relating to
the provision of services offered by Leapin and marketing services and/or special event of Leapin
and/or its Affiliates.
Leapin strives to only collect personal data which are necessary and adequate but not excessive in
relation to the purposes set out hereinabove.

If Leapin requires the use of your personal data for a purpose other than those set out hereinabove,
we will request your prescribed consent to the same. Leapin does not provide services to minors. If
you are a minor, you should obtain consent from your parents or legal guardians. Please cease using
the platform immediately and refrain from submitting any personal information to the platform.
Types of personal data collected
Personal data means any information that can identify a person. It does not include anonymized and
deleted data.
For the normal operation of our business, including the registration and administration of our Site
and related products and services (including related online services), we may collect, use, store and
transfer various personal data classified as follows:
Contact information (mobile phone number, email address), first name, last name, company
name, the content of the message you upload (may contain your personal information).

How is your personal data collected

Leapin may not disclose such Personal Data to any third party, except as set out in the "Disclosure of

We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes for which we
collected it, including to comply with any legal, accounting or reporting requirements.
The appropriate retention period for personal data depends on the quantity, nature and sensitivity of
the personal data, the potential risk of loss resulting from unauthorized use or disclosure of your
personal data, the purposes for which we process your personal data and our ability to achieve these
purposes by other means and applicable legal requirements.

In some cases, we may anonymize your personal data for research or statistical purposes (so that it is
no longer associated with you), in which case we may use this data without restriction and without
notice to you.
Disclosure of personal data
Leapin may share your personal data with the following parties to do our work as described above:
Entrusted processing. We will process your personal data ourselves or entrust its affiliates and
service providers to process your personal data in accordance with our instructions. We will sign
data protection agreements with relevant companies to ensure that their processing practices are
in line with this Privacy Policy and that they protect your data to standards no lower than ours.
Service supply and statistics. In order to ensure that certain functions are provided to you, or to
complete the statistics and billing of advertising services, we may provide your personal data to
the appropriate service providers or others designated by you, including data storage and cloud
service providers, advertising companies, online service providers, third party technology service

providers, etc. We list relevant third party information and the information we provide in the
Privacy terms of our specific services. We require data recipients to comply with applicable data
protection laws and to take necessary and reasonable steps to protect your personal data. On this
Site, we use Amazon's form services and data storage services to collect and store your personal

Legal compliance. We may be required to disclose your personal data as required by local judicial

Leapin requires all third parties to protect and process your personal data in accordance with the law.
We do not allow third party service providers to use your personal data for private purposes and only
allow them to process your personal data for specific purposes and in accordance with our
instructions.
Transfer your data
Personal data collected by Leapin through this Site is stored with servers in the Hong Kong Special
Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, and if there is a cross-border transfer of personal data
for a particular product/service, we will provide personal data to recipients outside the country after fulfilling
our obligations under the law (such as through a regulatory security assessment).
Security
Leapin takes the security of personal data seriously and adopts industry-standard practices to protect
your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, use, modification, damage or loss. To this
end, Leapin has taken the following measures:
We have a strict internal audit mechanism in place to ensure that the collection of personal data
is kept to a minimum and that no personal data is collected that is not relevant to the intended
purpose. We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes
described in this statement, unless an extended retention period is required or permitted by law.
We use the most advanced encryption technology available to ensure the confidentiality of data
transmission and storage. We use trusted protection mechanisms to protect data and the servers
that store it from malicious attacks.

We deploy access control mechanisms to ensure that only authorized personnel have access to
personal data, while controlling the number of authorized personnel and performing hierarchical
authority management of authorized personnel according to service needs and personnel levels.
Access to personal data is recorded and audited regularly by an administrator.
We strictly select service partners and service providers, sign standard data publishing
agreements with partners, and implement personal data protection requirements in audit,
assessment and other activities of both parties.

In general, Leapin will do its best to protect your personal data. However, no measure can be
foolproof, and no product or service, Site, data transmission, computer system or network connection

In order to deal with the possible risks of personal data leakage, damage and loss, Leapin has
developed a number of systems and control measures to clearly list the classification and classification
standards of security incidents and security vulnerabilities and the corresponding processing process.

Your data subject rights
In some cases, you have rights under data protection laws with respect to your personal data. This

Request access to your personal data (commonly known as right of access"). We will provide you
with a copy of your personal data and you can check whether it has been processed legally.
Request correction of personal data we hold about you. You may correct any incomplete or

Request the transfer of your personal data to another party (referred to as the "Right of
portability").
Withdrawal of consent. This right only applies where we require your consent to process any of
your personal data. This does not affect the legality of any processing prior to your withdrawal of
consent.

You do not have to pay for access to your personal data (or exercise any other rights). However, if
your request is manifestly unfounded, repetitive or excessive, we may charge a reasonable fee; We
may also refuse your request in these circumstances.
We may need to ask you for specific information to help us confirm your identity and ensure your
right to access your personal data (or exercise any of your other rights). This is a security measure to
ensure that personal data is not leaked to anyone who is not entitled to receive it. We may also contact
you at your request to provide additional information to respond more quickly.
We aim to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. If your request is particularly complex
or you have made multiple requests, we may need more than one month to process it. In this case,
we will send a notice and keep you in touch.

products and services. Leapin's products and services may also use or provide products or services
from third parties. Leapin has no control over such third parties. You can choose whether to view links

We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time. If we change this Privacy Policy, the updated
